Our goal is to provide a lifetime email address for private customers (individuals, mostly). “ISP change” always means “email address change“.
SERVER USE
Hosting accounts are to be used by the primary owner only. Account holders are not permitted to resell, store or give away email-hosting services to other parties.
Jcn50.com reserves the right to refuse the service and/or access of its servers to anyone.
Jcn50.com does not allow SPAM of any kind: sending, promoting, or bounced back emails related to any kind of Marketing. Jcn50.com reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer’s access IMMEDIATELY for this reason only.
BANDWIDTH USE POLICY
High bandwidth usage is permitted and unlimited as long as the “server use” statement is not violated.
SPAM
Jcn50.com has zero tolerance for spam originating from our domain, or for spam advertising sent through our server. If we receive a complain about such spam and our investigation shows abuse from your account, we will suspend your account immediately. Failure to provide a satisfactory explanation within 5 days will result in permanent termination of your account with us without a refund! If your account has been suspended, you will need to contact us directly through our web site, from the contact page.
Spam sent from a trial account will be terminated immediately without notification (don’t play, we manage, you will loose your time here).
PAYMENT POLICY
All accounts are set up on a prepay basis and occurs through Paypal.com or Moneybookers.com secured web’s site. Prices of services are guaranteed for A LIFETIME period at the time and rate the customer subscribed.
No bills or invoices will be sent by regular mail. All invoices will be sent by Paypal.com or Moneybookers.com directly to the customer via email, shortly after the online purchase has been made. We may take up to 48 hours to acknowledge your payment. If you didn’t hear from us in the next 48 hours after your cleared payment, please contact us.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product within the first 30 days of service, you can ask for a complete refund.
Payments should be in US$ only.
PRIVACY POLICY
Information gathered during the subscription process is deleted after we acknowledged the payment. Jcn50.com do not keep anything from you except an username and password.
Please note that using the Webmail, POP3, or IMAP service will reveal your true IP address when receiving or sending email.
Your username and password or email address are not given to any third party of any kind.
DISCLAIMER
Jcn50.com makes no warranties resulting from delays and all service interruptions for maintenance purposes. However we guarantee than no email will be lost or bounced back to the sender as we use backup email servers in different locations.
Jcn50.com reserves the right to revise its policy at any time. You will always be notified by email of such revision and enforcement.

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
